Organization

DIK's organization consists of:

The Congress

DIK's Congress takes place every three years. As a member you have the possibillity to choose and elect which delegates will represent you.

The Association Board of Trustees

DIK's Association Board of Trustees executes the decisions made by the Congress and ensures the member influence.

The Staff

The main task of the staff is member service.

The Work groups

DIK's Work groups are chosen by the Association Board of Trustees to work with special tasks.

The Union Trustees

The Union Trustees are the foundation of DIK's work. With the support from DIK's Association Board of Trustees they monitor and safeguard the members' interests in their work places.

The student network

DIK Student is a network for student members.

International commitments

DIK's international involvement in the Nordic countries, Europe and the world.
